Insurance

I accept Premera insurance. It is your responsibility to call your insurance and check on your co-pay for each session.

Out of Pocket / HSA

I accept all major credit cards, HSA cards, and Zelle transfers. I will provide you with a monthly superbill that you can use to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.
